100% pasture fed

As nature intended, our cows thrive without the need for soya, grains & concentrates meaning everything they eat can be grown on the farm. This is not only beneficial for the environment, but their health & yours too. 100% pasture fed milk contains higher levels of Omega 3 fatty aids.

Cow-calf

Unlike conventional dairies where calves are separated at birth our cows get to raise their calves. This can be for anywhere between 6-9 months depending on the individuals. Its a lot of hard work but the bucolic sight of calves skipping around with their mums sure is a good one.

Seasonal

Milk is available from March-November. Because we don’t push the cows with Soya or concentrates this means they calve in the spring (just like other mammals in nature) & their energy demands are matched by the natural forage available. Working with the natural cycles, not against them. (Our milk freezes really well so be sure to stock up to see you through those winter months).

Unpasteurised

Why raw? Because I wanted to share the uniqueness of this nutrient dense product with the world* (*okay you, but hear me out). Having a house cow, while joyous, is obviously not a practical solution for most people.

So, my mission? To bring this incredible milk to you.

Rich & unctuous, complete with a thick layer of cream that rises to the top (THIS is where the nutrition is friends), our milk really is a wildly different product to the standardised milk available in the supermarkets.
